Description
I was out walking and I came across a beautiful leaf. I stopped walking and just looked at it for a while, deciding if I wanted to pick it up or not because I knew that if I picked one up, I'd pick up others. I picked it up, and I picked up several others.
I brought them home and cleaned them up. I then started experimenting with how I was going to scan them. I found that if I added water to the surface of the leaf just before scanning it, that helped the focus and brought out more vibrant colors.
I'm happy to have captured some fall leaves in their full glory!
